This was a great book but the best part was Interview 4 with Scott. He is a big dog and he is so confident that he tells us the truth about the CRE Game.

I must confess that I have been a coaching student of Jim Gillespie for over 11 years. Over that time I would have listened to well over a hundred great commercial real estate interviews (many students of Jim Gillespie) and really appreciate how difficult it would have been to select his very best for this book. The agents interviewed are all superstars in the industry who are openly telling us their secrets for making millions!Many Commercial Real Estate professionals outside the USA may think that this book would not be relevant in other countries. I am a commercial real estate agent in "down under" Australia and believe that this material is highly valuable and relevant in any commercial real estate market anywhere. The book was filled with good interviews and great tips

This was a great book and I found it very informative. Sometimes the most simple things are overlooked but each of these interviews you find a common thread of how to be successful in commercial real estate. I have taken many notes and marked several pages to refer back to this book often. Reviewing this past year and working out my goals and plans going into next year this was the perfect find for me. Consider it a must read.

.... and probably good advice for veterans too! This is first-hand information from real heavy hitters who have gotten it done in the trenches. They provide actionable ideas that can be implemented right away.Jim Gillespie does an excellent job of asking the right questions so reader gains valuable insight. Highly recommended!

This book demonstrates a number of techniques from Power brokers through out the US . There is a nugget for every agent from first year agents to season pro's .
