Works amazing! Comfortable chair for my clients & seems to be quite sturdy as well! Been in my business for over 30 years & got tired of buying old used dental chairs here and there....which most times you just buy someone else’s problems. So I decided to spoil myself with a new “tattoo chair” and bought the “Cadillac of chairs” ! Shipping wasn’t a problem at all! I was all by myself when the chair came and it just so happened to be raining that day so the driver helped me get it inside! Heavy!!! Great customer service would buy again!

WE LOVE THIS IN OUR MEDI-SPA. HAND REMOTE IS GREAT FEATURE. WE JUST ORDERED SECOND ONE. OUR RESET BUTTON WASN'T WORKING AND CS WAS ABLE TO TELL ME WHAT TO LOOK FOR AND FIXED IT OVER THE PHONE, THEY ARE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND THEY ANSWER THEIR PHONES!

Beautiful chair! Foot petals and reset button are convenient and easier than a remote! Company is very responsive and helpful.
