Madagascar Vanilla Beans Grade A

These are excellent quality. Arrived fresh and in air tight package. Good size beans. Strong smell and taste. Worth the money.

I cook from scratch often and use a lot of vanilla bean paste, so I wanted to try making my own. These vanilla pods arrived well packaged and in excellent condition. The color was a rich, moist brown with no signs of dryness or mold. They felt fresh and pliable, which was reassuring. The pods were a bit firm to cut with a standard kitchen knife and required a little extra pressure, but once opened they worked perfectly. I was able to make a full mason jar of homemade vanilla paste, and the results were very impressive. The aroma was strong and the flavor was rich and smooth. Overall, I am very pleased with this purchase. The quality exceeded my expectations and the quantity makes it a great value for the money. If you enjoy baking or cooking from scratch, these vanilla beans are an excellent choice and I would absolutely recommend purchasing them.

This was my second purchase of the Organic Madagascar Whole Grade Vanilla Pods. My first batch of vanilla extract was started on August 4, 2025 and though it isn't completely done developing, the color and aroma is awesome. I started my second batch of vanilla extract today with the new pods. The pods were very moist and pliable, easy to slice and they smell so good! My fingers still smell like the aroma of vanilla just from taking the pods out of the package and slicing them. I bake a lot so I go through a lot of vanilla extract. Making my own is well worth the investment in the ingredients of pods and vodka, plus the bottles used for "brewing" and storage . I plan to gift some to family members. I know they will appreciate having a quality vanilla extract...made by me!

Product was fine but it took Over 2 weeks to get here.

These are the only vanilla beans I use for baking and making homemade extract. The beans always stay hydrated in the packaging and have a strong vanilla flavor and smell.

Okay, I think I had bought two different amounts of these vanilla beans, but it was money well spent. I watched a lot of videos of people making their own extracts especially since vanilla extract is so expensive and always a necessary ingredient in baking. Get your glass jars, bottles, and Vodka ready. Cut open the bag of vanilla beans and just inhale...it smells so good. The beans are moist and pliable, use them hole, cut them in half, but split them down the middle. Pop them in your container of of choice and pour in that Vodka to cover them. Slap on the lid, put the date on a label, place it in your cabinet and shake it once a day. As time goes by the color of the beans make the Vodka a dark brown and the aroma will become stronger. Most of the videos stated you can start using it after 3 months, but the longer you store it, the more intense the color and flavor will be. My quart jar is past the 3 month period and I inhale deeply when it's time for a shake without taking off the lid, (I never sealed the jar, just placed Saran Wrap over the opening before slapping on the lid). According to how often you bake, if you buy these vanilla beans and just make a pint jar of extract, you'll save a lot of money.

Estoy contenta con la calidad del producto. Tiene un poco aceite natural, no son demasiado secos. El aroma es exquisito.

Buena calidad, recuerden guardarlas bien cerradas y en el refri, si no les salen hongos

Las vainas están muy aromáticas y de buen tamaño, lo malo es que y subió mucho si precio, ya no las podré comprar :(
