Item is exactly as described, they’re extremely smooth, easy to insert and comfortable to use. The ebook is actually just a pdf sent via email and is the only instruction manual that these items have, but it is very detailed with several exercise explained with accompanying pictures. The big issue is that the weights aren’t marked in anyway other than being different colours. Both the ebook and the pictures on here state that the darker teal weight is 40g while the green coloured weight is 50g HOWEVER the box states that it is the other way around. I actually weighed them and the box is correct (the dark teal weight is in fact 50g and the green is 40g... in weighing them I can definitely confirm they are the exact weight!) so the ebook and picture here is incorrect so please bare that in mind when using them (the difference feels so slight that I struggled to feel which one was heavier in my hand). With that mistaken in mind I’m still extremely happy with the product so far. As it is only day one I can’t say how well they work in the long term but i’ll be happy to continue using them daily to find out.EDIT - I have emailed them about the confusing pictures/weight guide and they got back to me extremely quickly promising to look in to it.

As I'm a mother of four I found myself "slacking" in certain areas when I coughed, sneezed, laughed or even move in the wrong way. I know it's going to be a long journey getting things up to scratch but even in the few weeks I've been starting to use the legal weights already I'm noticing a different and that on the first weight only. It is a case of low weight high reps to get started and to refund that pelvic floor. Easy to wash and descreet and easy to insert. Effective economic was to regain ones lost tone in pelvic floor area

It's good, easy to use and comfortable size . But would really prefer print instructions with the bundle . And maybe small packet of lubricant just for first use. As usual when you buy exercise weights, you not familiar with how does it work . Thanku

I've recently had a baby and this has been brilliant for getting my pelvic floor back to where it was. The ebook was particularly helpful as well, lots of other providers don't have that - clearly explains how to use it and there are some great exercises to do. Would recommend to other new mums!

The media could not be loaded.  I really like the design of these products. The set come packaged really well and I also found the e-guide really useful when starting to use these. Would highly recommend

I have started last week, I have done the exercises 4 times a week and I feel that my pelvic muscle is better! Still on the first level.

Seems good just syart to use them ,I will leave another feedback after few months

Would highly recommend this producr and wished I started using them sooner. Easy to use and will now become a daily part of my routine.
