The slight bitterness of almond meal and the nutty flavor goes so well when combined with fresh fruits. I haven’t used this for baking purpose but someone who’s on keto can opt almond meal instead of grain and flours. You can make a keto bread with almond flour and eggs too. It comes in an airtight bag and can be stored in it, a separate container is not required. The price is reasonable too. Will def be buying more.
