The directions are hard to decipher from the package, but soak in room temperature water for two minutes then put in boiling water for three to four minutes. When the noodles break easily between your finger and thumb nail, they're done. Rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process then rinse under hot water to prevent the noodles from sticking together. Follow these directions and you'll have perfect noodles every time.

They were more firm and crunchy than other brands I've tried for making fresh spring rolls, even after soaking in boiling water for several minutes. I wouldn't buy this brand again.

Tasted great, though difficult to portion if you're not using the whole bag at once. I used these to make Vietnamese beef noodle soup. These are very thin, quick cooking, rice noodles. The price was reasonable, and cheaper than brands sold in my local grocery.

The noodles turned out great for making Singapore rice noodles, but they were too expensive to order online from this sourceI found them again in our local Asian store.

Great for spring rolls!
