I purchased the Rapid Bath a couple years ago, I also purchased the oatmeal shampoo cartridges. I was so pleased with the Rapid Bath and the oatmeal cartridges...this shampoo is soothing to my dog, who has allergies and flaking in places. This shampoo is not strongly scented, but leaves my dogs smelling clean and fresh. The Rapid Bath works as advertised, making bath time a breeze. I ask, "Who wants a bath?" and they both come! My older dog, age 9, never much cared for getting bathed until I got this. My younger dog, now nearly three years old, and he loves it. It really cleans their coat well and has conditioners in it as well, leaves a pleasant fresh scent, not over powering - dogs have sensitive noses, but seem to like clean fresh scents.My second point is for them overall Rapid Bath system - a 5 Star plus winner. We have 3 large dogs, a Rhodesian Ridgeback at 118 lbs. Is there largest, a Lab mix @ 90 lbs., and a former bath hating Husky @ 58 lbs. So bathing 3 large dogs was a big task Before. This product is awesome! It hooks up easily to your shower, has a long hose, and is great with one hand convenience of operating them spray - which is easily toggled between rinse (just clear water) and shampoo mixed with water.Now washing 3 dogs takes one third their time, then dogs seem to really enjoy it, then spray isn't too harsh and as previously mentioned our Husky who hated her baths before comes running and actually hops right in by herself!I guess that means even their dogs give them Rapid Bath System a 5 Star review, woof, woof.EASY CLE AN UPWhen finished, I just make sure they hose is thoroughly drained, allow to air dry, and then simply roll them hose and put them system in a small square plastic basket in their bathroom vanity, with their extra cartridge refills.

I have a 200 pound St. Bernard dog with a long dense coat. Using this product in the warm months has worked well. The shampoo has not irritated his sensitive skin, and the amount of time needed to bathe the dog is cut in half. I am reviewing both the shampoo cartridges and the Rapid Bath shampoo attachment. I have tried all the shampoo cartridges and none have caused any sort of allergic reaction, and this is amazing considering St. Bernard dogs are notoriously allergic to shampoos, etc. I like the Ultra Cleaning Shampoo best for overall squeaky clean fur and skin, but without dryness or flaking. The shampoo also deodorizes better than the others. The oatmeal shampoo also cleans well and is very gentle, but does not deodorize as well as the Ultra-cleaning shampoo. The 3 packs are economical and convenient, and I order 3 at a time to save on shipping. The sprayer attaches easily to a standard hose coupling, has three settings, and a shut-off button. All are simple to use and work well. The shut-off button is great and does not drip or leak, so no water should be wasted. The shampoo cartridges snap quickly into the sprayer. It can be tricky to close without catching the edges of the cartridge, but this is just slightly annoying. The first setting soaks the dog, the soap setting mixes the shampoo with the water spray, and the third is the rinse setting. Since my dog is so large and has such a dense coat, I use an entire cartridge, but it is possible to use only part of the shampoo cartridge and leave it in the sprayer until the next use. shampoo is cheap thank god i figured out how to refill them with good shampoo i used this shampoo with the rapid bathing system and my dog still smelled dirty thank god i figured out how to refill them it was alot better with my choice of dog shampoo they should make these so u can put shampoo of choice in them

I get about 3 washes per cartridge on my XXL lab. He is never overly dirty though. He does not have skin problems but I like to use hypo-allergenic stuff anyway and this never bothers his skin. He feels relatively clean after but nothing to write home about in my book!
