Pretty and easy to use
I was very happy to find a purple food dye. It came quickly and was easy to use no aftertaste.

Super pretty color
This color purple came in very quickly and sealed without any mess. The quality was wonderful and so easy to mix and make different shades of purple that I needed for my cupcakes. I like the gel since it doesn't leave behind any mess which is nice as well. If your looking for a vibrant purple this might be the one for you

Top Quality, very rich color
Use sparingly. It can get very dark, very quickly. I always start with a small amount on a toothpick and then judge from there. If you get it too dark, it is very hard to "water it down" using more frosting. You might as well start over with a new batch.Wilton colors have always been good whenever I have used them and this color is no exception. From pale lavenders to deep, rich purples, this color will do you right. And if you want a little more violet, you can add a bit of red, or a lot of red for a brilliant magenta.
