THOR Kitchen Freestanding Professional 30-Inch Gas Range in Stainless Steel - Model LRG3001U

Have had two gas Thor ranges. Our second one arrived from shipping company well crated with no damage to external packing material. After removing range from packing material, range was damaged with bent frame. Manufacturer is replacing with a new range.

The media could not be loaded.  The only small issue I have one of the burners takes a while to turn on.

Looks great, solid. But the griddle is missing!! I am a bit ticked off as others have complained of the same issue.The main burner has super high btu. I really like it. Oven is very quiet you don’t hear the lighting etc. one net is you won’t know if the fan is on, there is no light and as I said it’s very quiet. So you could leave that fan on for days and not know it.I installed it myself took 15 minsBut be forewarned they literally only deliver on the side walk/curb. So be prepared to carry it inside or use your own dolly.I will update my review and rating depending on the response from seller...Still nothing. On the griddle so low rating is for customer service. I bought one but to be honest the middle burner is really for kinda low heat like pancakes, not something you cook a couple steaks on.

Received my stove and was happy it was delivered safely. When we unpack to install there was no dents everything looked good until we notice it looks like it has zebra strips. I there something I can polish is with to see if it would come off. Also my package said it included a The griddled that was not included. Really cooks everything so evenly and bakes wonderful, I am happy with the way it heats and cooks.

One thing at a time convection fan(start it with a knife. Next temp gauge. Next light in the oven you can’t replace without breaking the glass and now the oven quit. It’s only 3 years old. And now they won’t put my review up. Amage that

No self cleaning feature but we knew this when we purchased. First appliance we ourchased off of amazon and we were not dissapointed. It took longer than expected to ship but that was expected with the current Covid situation. Great customer service from Frontier appliance the kept in contact the entire process and let me know exactly what was happening.
