The product is nice, rather small and easy to spill the water out and it's not as powerful as they claim.I ordered two, I returned the two in perfect condition a week ago, but I haven't received my refund yet.(Update): I received my full refund. Now I am a happy camper. Thanks!!

It's cute. It's portable. It's just a fan, not an AC. When you receive the product it will actually say fan on the box. It doesn't work better or worse than a regular fan. I tried cold water, ice water, and ice and it didn't blow colder than my regular fan and didn't cool an area. Also, the filter started browning after 1 use. So if you're looking for a personal fan, this can be for you, but I'm sure there are less expensive version that work just as well.

Easy to add water and use. NOT easy to add ice as the instructions say. The water/ice compartment is very small and ice cubes have to be shoved to the sides to put the filter back in place for use. Not an easy thing to do. Makes the appliance less useful/function in my opinion, especially for the price. I am keeping it, but would not buy it again. I would find something else.

It's much smaller than the images and cools slightly with out water or ice but it is more like a small desk personnel cooling fan. Not strong enough for a room. I bought it for my grandsons room. Style is nice sleek and small...OH!!!! It does not come with a power source!! It has a cord that is just like the one for a cell-USB TYPE plug but you need to use your own USB PLUG!!!

Hi....got the product in just a couple days but was not pleased with it. I wanted this to work so bad. I have a bathroom on the interior of my apartment and it gets so hot in there when you're trying to fix your face and hair. Left it on for hours....did just what I was supposed to do, too! It pushed air out right in front of the Cooler but wasn't any cooler than a regular fan. You had to stand about a foot in front of it to even get the air. Not what I wanted....so I'm returning for a refund. Just waiting for the Return Label to send it back. Sorry.....had high hopes!

I’m surprised at how cool the air was with this machine. I have a study room that has minimum air circulation and it’s extremely warm during summer months. So I have been thinking of getting a cooler or air con for the room but it’s pretty costly. So decided to give this a try. When I got it, I thought it’s pretty small. But the cool air does gives a punch! I usually add cold water when it’s a really hot days but daily I just add water and switch on and it’s still pretty good! The good thing is, it’s portable and can be brought around the house with a portable power bank! Now, even when my kids are swimming outside, I can have cool air around me!

Temperature same as (and with less air flow) than a Vornado fan. I kept pouring ice cold water into the unit but it never got any cooler than 76 degrees. When tilted just a little, water leaked all over my desk as there's a design flaw; there's an extra unplugged hole on the bottom in all 3 that I bought). Water evaporated so fast that in 15-20 minutes I needed to pour more water into the machine. In addition, the water in the reservoir doesn't stay cold as there's no insulation. I am returning all 3 after a careful inquiry made by Amazon customer service. Thank you , Amazon, for accepting this return. Don't sell any more.

It doesn't cool much and it can be really messy and leaky if you over fill it.
