The natural texture of the vegetable fibers will gently exfoliate away roughness by revealing newer skin cells. Wet the loofah with warm water and douse it with the soap product of your choice. Loofahs are best used with body wash, but plain bar soap works too. Starting at the decolletage (the expanse of skin between your neck and chest), gently but firmly rub the loofah against your skin in circular motions. Work your way down to your ankles.
