Great For Fried Rice
I've been going to a take-out Chinese food shop for close to 30 years now. Mainly for their Szechuan fried rice. I have never been able to find any other place in my area that prepares this rice. They are now about 20-30 minutes away from me, which makes it close to an hour's round trip. Because of this, I have been trying for years to recreate their recipe. San-J's Szechuan Cooking sauce has helped me get the closest to that restaurant's recipe. Gives the rice a nice flavor, without being too spicy.

Add flavor to oriental meals.
This product adds pleasant unique flavors to many oriental dishes. The sauce adds some heat to dish, but not overbearing.I have discovered that the sauce is very good with cooked tomato dishes and things like beef stew for a very different pleasent flavor. Add to dishes after they have been served.I have been using this product for at least 15 years when it was very hard to find in many grocery stores. Try it, I'm sure you'll like it.

LOVE this Szechuan sauce. It can be used to spice up so many things but my favorite is to combine it with some soy sauce and a touch of brown sugar (and a dash of ginger if I have it) for the best fresh green beans ever. This brand offers a consistently delicious flavor and is reasonably priced. Try it and you, too, will be hooked.

Super Spicy and flavorful
Yummy...I use this as a sauce for my noodles or a sauce for stir-fry.I love it...it is pretty spicyAdd it to veggies and rice or noodles. It works perfectly on any Asia meal.It is a little on the thinner side so you may want to use a little more than usual.But if you cannot handle anything spicy...don't even try it.I got the two bottle deal and gave one to my nephew. He loves Ramen noodles and spicy food too.It is a great substitute for the ramen noodle seasoning packet. It has a lot less sodium than those "seasoning" packets in your instant ramen soups.
