My son takes these with no issues. He is 9 and swallows them just fine. They are very small. No upset stomach. No issues. Will continue to buy.

Only vitamins my son will take. He has autism and doesn’t get everything he needs due to not eating right. Helped with his mood as well

Works well for a child who won't do chewables.

Bought these because my partner makes an organic-type baby formula for our son, and I didn't like how the regular, liquid, children's vitamins were citrus flavored (though I understand that that is often the way that these types of vitamins taste because of the way they are rendered). It's nice to just open up a capsule and stir the powder directly into the milk instead! :) I only gave 4 stars because I'm sure there are better vitamin supplements out there. There were just in the capsules I wanted for opening to use. UPDATE: Someone asked for a picture of pill size... So here you go. :-)

I like these so as to not get a mega dose any one particular vitamin or mineral. I'm an adult and one capsule gives me a portion of most all vitamins and minerals included in these capsules. The balance I know I'll get from food...

I have been using these for a year now for my daughter. She has sensory issues and wont swallow pills nor will she chew any vitamins. She is extremely picky due to her sensory issues, so I searched for a capsule that I could put the contents in the food she will eat. This is perfect. She is a happy healthy girl and mom is happy now that I know I can at least get some vitamins in her :) The capsules are easy to twist open and then mix into all kinds of liquids or sauces.

My kids don’t like gummy vitamins, so I had to find an alternative. These are great. They are easy to swallow and have kept my son very healthy.
