Unit is to be used for general ventilation purposes and not to move corrosive, combustible, or combustion gases.

Got a refund and glad I did
First of all, it's not made in U.S. as the description stated. The label clearly says: Made in Mexico. That's not what drove me crazy about it though. I realize a lot of companies outsource these days to keep prices down. The fan came with not a single nut or bolt tightened. I took care of that, but no matter what it made an awful rattling noise. Everything about it screams cheap. I doubt it would have lasted that long. Got a refund and glad I did. If you want a quality motor and fan look into Baldor brand. U.S. made and heavy duty. Hard to find in single phase but worth a search.
