Horrible
I have been working for 2 hours to remove 2 links. Worse design ever!!! Been using pliers and WD-40. The tool broke. Still have not gotten the links back together! Not worth the $20!Update- the sellers are wonderful to work with. They are sending me a new kit to help adjust the links which broke.

This band is lovely, and achieves the purpose of making my smart watch look like a bracelets. It also feels as durable as a similar band I have for my Fitbit. However, the tool used to remove the links slipped and broke off in my thumb. Part of it is still there as a souvenir. I’ve used these tools successfully before which leads me to believe this one just isn’t as well constructed. So yes the band is very nice and totally worth buying but, for the love of your metal-less fingers, please be careful if removing the links.
