Direct Store Parts Kit DG219 Replacement for Nexgrill 720-0133 Gas Barbecue Grill Burners & Heat Plates

The ad for these say they are 18 7/8" long x 1" in diameter. Even asks you to confirm length before ordering. I did. My Nexgrill 720-0133 needs an 18 7/8" long burner. My arrived and are only 16 7/8" long. I have to return them. Asked if other buyers had the same problem and one guy answered his too where 16 7/8" long ( 1/8" short for him but he made them work.) Mine are 2" short and no way they will work. I've read the ad again and again and it clearly states the length as 18 7/8". I have a question posted. Please go there and let me know if you needed and received the correct length of 18 7/8. Thanks

The description states the burners are 18 7/8 inches long but the first time I ordered them they were only 16 7/8 inches long. I emailed Direct Store and asked if they had the correct size burner. Their response was to ignore my question about the length of the burner and said they would refund my money. I DON'T CARE ABOUT THE MONEY. I want the 18 7/8 burner for my grill. I ordered a second set and same thing, burner were on 16 7/8 inches so I returned the second set. PRODUCT DOESN'T FIT AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

No, I am not going to spend a fortune replacing my old barbeque...I love my barbecue, and replacing it was not an option... After a long search on the web, i came across these replacement parts. And let me tell you, they fit perfectly, and work as if I just bought a new barbeque!I even went to the dealers website to find out how much replacement parts were, and they were ridiculous!!!This entire install took about 5 minutes, and now i can get another 5 years or so out of it.what a blessing...

Shipping time was great nice clean box lightly surprised at the weight but in a good way. . Once everything was out I went over ever piece comparing it to size and shape everything seemed as good as or better then original burners and defuser. On one burner the hole for the gas nozzle on my bbq was too small and had to drill bigger. Air adjustment vent was set almost perfect for a nice blue flame after a couple cookings I might readjust

product worked well to replace dead and dying burner's. The cover plates were a bit different than the NEX model I had to replace them, but they overall worked. It does not come with hardware which I expected it would not. As such make sure you either have OEM parts and or replacement screws. I personally bought screws and nuts and used high temp anti seize to make future replacement easier.Overall the burners work very well and I have now used the grill about 6 X for over 1.5 hours of use and see no issues.

The slots on the heat plates are to narrow to fit a long stick lighter through. Which requires me to shuffle the heat plates around under the grill to light the burners. It is a little annoying, but workable. That is the only reason I reduced the review to 4 stars. If your igniter still works, then you will not have an issue with these heat plates.

This kit comes with well-made (thick) S/S replacement burners and ceramic coated flame shields. Took all of 5 minutes to replace.

I just purchased these the other day, they arrived when promised and installed easily. Great price, my wife loves them.

I needed the heat shields and burners for my NEX grill and I thought they may be too expensive to replace and i would be tossing the BBQ. These parts were extremely affordable and extended the life of the grill by several years. I like products that last longer verses throw it out and buy new.
