This pillow did what is was designed to do. My situation was different, I didn't have a tailbone problem, but a Sacroiliac joint issue causing sciatic nerve pain and numbness. This pillow helped quite a bit and after treatment I am still using it as extra padding on my office chair. It is a quality item at a great price. I particularly like the way the rubber dots on the bottom hold it in place on my chair seat.

I really love the comfort of it, just wish it wouldn't keep sliding off the chair, im constantly adjusting it, but it does help with my lower back, maybe I'll just get some double sided tape
