Green Cream Retinol, Level 3, High Potency, Airless Pump, 1 Ounce

I have been using this product for many years. It was created by a dermatologist in New Orleans who has now retired. I used to drive from Baton Rouge to see her and she introduced me to this product which she later sold to a lab. So happy that I can now purchase it from Amazon! I have extremely sensitive skin and can't use other retinol products. You are supposed to progress to a stronger level after your skin becomes accustomed to it but I just stay with the mildest and I'm still happy with the results.

I am 41 and have very sensitive skin with occasional breakouts. I am currently on a benzioll cream during the day and was on a prescribed retinoil cream at night. I ordered the level 3 cream over a month ago and my skin did go through a transitional period with a few breakout flare ups, but after I continued to use the cream, my skin cleared up and is showing signs of improved brightness with a slight decline in the lines around my eye area. After I finish level 3, I plan to graduate to level 6. Level 3 is very gentle, has a pleasant scent, and is a great start for someone with sensitive skin. I am very pleased to have found this quality product and hope that this company continues to do well! Thank you!!!

This is my first time using a retinol product. I do know that there are many OTC retinol cream sold outside but somehow green cream strike to me as something I would want to get because many acne users raved about it. I started on lvl 3 and I am glad I did. I had went through purging, peeling, redness and slight stinging on parts of my skin that are more delicate, such as my under eye area. Its interesting how it managed to purge the bumps that has been staying on my cheeks but doesn't go away. I freaked out a little thinking its a bad reaction. All these irritations are mild and would go away within 2 days. My skin is still trying to adapt to it as i apply every night or stop when there is irritation and then continue afterwards. its been only a month since I used it and I have to say it has help clear out my uneven skin tone A LOT! I still have blackheads on my nose though. I'll continue to apply till its time to up to a higher dosage.

Been using this product for over 15 years. Dermatologist says my skin looks "great" and I'm 80+. I only ise it every 3 days as it tends to be drying and I have sensitive skin.

Transformed my skin. Best retinol ever. I no longer break out as much anymore. If I do, its minimal. It really gave me brand new skin, and im going to keep using this. Im always getting compliments on how flawless my skin looks now thanks to this!

I was struggling with dry skin. It was so bad on my face and caused redness and burning and acne. Someone reccommend this and after 1 use I had so much relief. 2 1/2 years later I still have this same bottle and every now and then use a dab to put on my face. It seemed to calm my skin and really helped my face and chest out.

Tried the level three for three weeks- it caused a horrible allergic reaction, which involved angry red scabs under both my eyes and on my eyelids. I decided to check on the toxicity of this product using EWG's Skin Deep Website, and this cream is rated with a hazard level of 9/10, or Highly Toxic. The propolyparaben in this cream alone is linked to developmental/reproductive toxicity, ecotoxicology, endocrine disruption, and allergies/immunotoxicity. There is some nasty stuff in this cream, and after comparing it to many other retinols, it seems to be one of the most toxic on the market. Unfortunately, the FDA does not require cosmetic companies to disclose info about the toxic and allergenic ingredients in their products. I am simply scandalized that this cream is marketed under the name of a dermatologist.I've since been using Babyface's retinol cream (also available on Amazon), which is one of the most natural on the market. Excellent results, no allergic reactions.
