It had been some time since I've needed a formal shirt, and I don't wear them often, so I didn't want to spend too much money. This shirt was a good value at its price. I am a large man with long arms. I often have difficulty finding dress shirts that fit both my neck size (18.5) and sleeve length (37). It seems like manufacturers assume that if your neck is large, then you're short and fat; or if your arms are long, then you're thin. Not so with this Neil Allyn shirt. It fit me really well and I like the convertible cuff. I can wear cuff links, or button it if I choose. Very happy with the purchase.

I read a lot of the reviews of this shirt. The good ones and the bad ones. My experience is that the shirt was great for the small price I paid. It is a typical cotton blend shirt (pretty comfortable) with generally good workmanship. It can be buttoned or used with studs (cheap plastic ones are provided but I bought a nice set to use).The bad reviews...about the cheap studs or the quality of the shirt or whatever...seem to be from people who don't have a clue what to expect for less than $20. I wore the shirt (with the new set of studs) to a black tie event and it was perfect. Comfortable. Attractive. Exactly what I wanted.I would definitely buy it again. Only thing...it is not a tailored or slim fit shirt. So it fit a bit big on me in the torso. But it was under my tux jacket so no one could tell.

Product a bit larger than expected and matches description. Okay fit and material that holds up in cold wash. Only a small amount showed under a dinner jacket which helped "dress up" a cheaper suit for a nice event. Package arrived promptly as a great last minute addition to a banquet outfit.

Like that you can use dark or white buttons. Perfect fit.

Nice shirt, but I should have read the sizing chart! if you have a big neck for your body size, this shirt might end up a bit poofy. For example, I wear a 32/33 sleeve and am an XL fit, but to get the 19 inch neck size, I received a 3XL. Need this for a wedding so I will hide this under the coat with some pins, because that's what I gotta do since I did not order soon enough to have it tailored.What I do like: button sleeves (no cufflinks needed), full collar.Why I rated it only 4 stars: loose button stud hole threads, tiny damage from pins in packaging.

the fabric of the actual shirt is nice and slightly see through but that can be fixed with a long sleeve undershirt however one of the buttons was completely shattered and upon further inspection its likely due to the cheap plastic they are made out of; other than that its pretty good, i was able to swap out the broken one with one of the bottom ones that wouldn't have been seen anyways

Fits well and was the correct size (as give by men’s store. Material is nice and seems like it would last a few washes easily.

The shirt was great in quality but the waist size did not meet expectations. One size larger the waist was great but the neck was too large. One size smaller and the reverse happened. Wish I could buy a shirt according to body size and not neck size.

This fits Amazing which is hard to find for a stocky guy as tuxedo shirts are usually sized for tall and skinny men. quality is great and price was fantastic. got it in Canada from US next day highly recommend

As stated in some reviews on Amazon.com, the shirt fits a little large...especially in the neck. Otherwise it seems to be of good quality. The price, however, is a bit misleading. I purchased the shirt via Amazon.ca where it was priced at $19.44 CDN plus $19.95 CDN shipping. The shipping turned out to be a somewhat more reasonable at $9.90, bringing the total cost of the shirt $29.34 CDN. Or so I thought.I was surprised to be hit with a $14.32 CDN Customs charge. The charge was based on a "Value for Duty" cost of $36.43 (don't know where they got that number from) I paid 75% of the original cost of the shirt in customs duty! So my $20.00 shirt ended up costing me almost $44.00!Not as good a deal as I had hoped.
