*Update* I received a replacement from the company, which works and is great.*Update* I have been contacted by the company that they are going to replace my current fitness tracker. I appreciate them trying to make it right. I will raise my star review due to this willingness, and if I get one that works this time I will change it again*I have an Android 8.0. I received this fitness tracker. Plugged it in to activate it like it said. It worked just fine, but the time and date were way off. I downloaded the Da fit app so that once it is linked it will change the day/time. Well Da fit could never find the device. I uninstalled an re-download it twice. No luck. So I contacted Amazon customer support. Unfortunately they had no other additional help than to uninstall and reinstall the app and then told me to email Kooman. Since there is no phone number I had to email them through Amazon. My reply from them was to uninstall and reinstall in the app which I had already told them I tried. This product is clearly defective and will be returned as no one seems to have better advice for me than what I have already tried. I won't be purchasing another of this brand. You get what you pay for!

I bought this watch for my 9 year old who does not have a phone but has a newer iPad. It simply does not work for the iPad so if you are buying for a child, this listing is very misleading. The watch may be great if your child has a phone... we didn't get that far. The review is for an incomplete listing and one guy vaguely answering questions. Also, there is no customer service contact number (I looked and the amazon rep did too).

I really wanted to like this Smart Watch but it just didn't meet my expectations. My biggest issue with this product is unreliability. Most of the functions such as pulse measure, blood pressure, distance and steps were way off the mark. It does keep excellent time and looks great but I can't recommend this watch.

Works great, vibrates when a phone call or text arrive on my phone. Only issue I have is if a person is in a group text, it doesn't vibrate when that person sends me a text, whether they are sending me a text within a group or a separate text that does not include any other recipients.

Perfect for the price. I've worn it in the pool swinging and in the shower with no problems. A few people has mistaken it for the Apple watch
