So many uses!
Amazing idea. I wanted to group and display similar artworks and this beautifully made book lets me display and then put away my artwork rather than have it stuck in a folder. I love the fact that it holds so many sheets of high quality paper. I know I could make my own but this hardback book means I don't have to, It could be used for writing, photos, anything really. Could also be used to work into directly as a travel journal.

Great quality sketch book
I'm pleased with this sketchbook. I have other Seawhite versions and they're always good quality. The hard covers are secure and well made, the paper quality is very good and I love the 'octopus' expanding pages which are ideal for landscapes or just extending sketches or painting. The paper takes ink pen, charcoal, pastels etc easily. I've used water colour, it buckles a little bit that's no problem as I'm using this book for out and about, the whole point is that it will get all sorts thrown at it. Oil pastels work well, ditto acrylic. Great value! I'm happy to recommend and will buy again. Thanks for reading, I hope you find this review helpful.

Great product for the money.
Really nice size and quite quirky how the pages unfold for the opportunity to do really wide continuous content if you wish. I bought this by accident, thinking it was the smaller concertina one, and I was happily surprised. The paper is good, quite substantial not fabulous but good enough to produce a nice travel journal.

Good quality!
Good size and quality. Just received it today and its perfect for what I need it for! Do however wish you didn't have to pay like 5 quid delivery for a basic delivery. Only small issue is that the first and large pages rub on the black cover and leave like a pencil type mark on the edge of the page

Love love love the octopad!
I'm such a big fan of these! I'm currently working through Nicolaides 'The Natural Way To Draw' exercises and these octopus pads are really great for practicing rambling gesture and contour drawing that spill over page edges. The paper's great for ink drawing, it's just rough enough for that satisfying scratchy texture :) If you've not used an octopus pad before I'd recommend trying it!
