If you are looking for the ideal battery alternative to the regular 1.5v alkaline, these are it for most electronics. They are Li-On which is superior to Ni-MH rechargeables in density and holding a charge.The only problem I had was with a 25 year old Walkman radio and a 33 year old travel Radioshack radio. For some reason the AM receiver would not work, I would just get static. I rechecked the integrity of the radios by replacing the Kentli Li-Ons with Ni-MH and the AM would work fine.These Kentli batteies require the Kentli charger, not any Li-On charger will work. But there are some competitors appearing on the market. And avoid the non- rechargeable Li-Ons by the 'energy bunny' as they don't hold a charge as I found out to my disgust.

These last longer than other rechargeables the way I need to use them. I use them in flashlights, analog clocks, remotes and other long-term uses. This technology bleeds less charge to atmosphere than NiMh technology so they last longer even though having a lower rated total capacity. These are more like store bought batteries than NiMh. I also discovered these are more similar to regular batteries in physical size. many NiMh cells are larger diameter and wont' fit in many devices.You HAVE to use the special charger to get them to charge because of the special layout and technology. Many people complain they don't hold a charge and I suspect these users try chargers they have at home already. DON'T DO THIS!

Advertised as rechargeable 1000 times after the first time one battery would no longer hold a charge. These are complete garbage.

These rechargeable AAA batteries arrived quickly and fully charged. They tested for the rated capacity or greater, as well. The molded plastic case is a nice addition that keeps them from rolling around in my battery drawer, too!

When the description of these types of batteries say that they give 1.5 volts to the end, they mean it. But in reality what happens is that when they no longer have the charge to maintain 1.5 volts, their built in circuitry shuts them off. The affect is that one moment your flash light is burning bright as a fully charged battery, then next the flash light goes out. I found that their was no warning of impending darkness. Compare that to a NiM battery or alkaline where it goes dim over time. You know its getting low and you can do something about it before you lose it all together.These batteries did what they advertised. And they recharge quickly. But I would warn people to be aware of what will happen if you're in a critical situation.

I use the batteries on a mini radio contrl car. They last longer than regular AAA batteriesBest of all I can recharge them, in stead of buying new batteries and making waste.

I bought these for a small flashlight which shines brighter because of the fact that unlike standard or standard rechargeable batteries these out out the full 1.5 volts. The only con I can point to is that in an extended use application they tend to get oretty hot. They are in the pricey side but they use the same battery technology as cell phones and thise batteries have amazing longevity considering hiw we yse them. Here's hoping they hold up.
