These bulbs work great. Used them in my stovetop exhaust fan and they make the entire area brighter. I may grab a few more for my overhead can lights as the old bulbs fail.

Work perfectly in my Broan Allure range hood. Good light, right size, dimming settings work without flickering. Will update if they don't last.

The media could not be loaded.  I received the light bulbs today and so far so good. Other reviews have complained about flickering at the lower power setting. I ordered these bulbs anyway just to make sure. On my GE Profile range hood, which has a full power setting and a "nite light" setting, the bulbs work fine. I took a video (attached) showing the new and old bulbs on full power and on the nite light setting. There was no flickering or noise. My video shows the new bulb on the right and the old 50W halogen bulb on the left.In my opinion, the new bulb is brighter, which is a good thing since its sole job is to illuminate a critical cooking area.I do use my range hood lights on low power to help proof bread dough overnight. I don't know yet if these will generate enough heat to do that. (I have found that the oven light generates too much heat for this purpose). EDIT: I have tried to use these bulbs to help proof my dough, and they do not generate enough heat to accomplish that task. Am definitely keeping the bulbs; I'll just have to be done other great source for proofing.I'm looking forward to the energy savings (and alleged long life) that these ones will produce.

Some of the reviews mentioned that these don't work with their dimmer but I did not have that problem, though I must mention that they make a slight buzzing sound, specifically on settings 1 and 2, much less on the brightest setting -3. Not sure if that's an issue but for now, seems ok. They're cooler than the halogen bulbs, very bright and I expect them to last a long time. I'll be sure to update if they don't.

I am so excited to find the Simba LED lights for my Broan range hood. The hood previously had halogen lights that were too hot and also did not last nearly as long as these. I tried 2 other LED lights that were unsatisfactory. One had flickering light and the other light was too white and did not work on both switch settings low and high. I could not be happier with these lights!

I liked these lights, they were replacements for my Braun hood above my stove. Worked great!

They are way less hot and ought to use way less energy.

I replaced 2x PAR20 halogen bulbs in my over the range hood fan/light with these LED units and I couldn't be happier. They are as bright as can be and don't heat up the unit the way the halogen bulbs used to. Seriously they are cool to the touch even after having been on for an hour or so. Worth the money to replace your old bulbs with these and get to saving on the monthly electricity bill. They have a 6 watt rating compared to an average 60 watt rating for halogens. Considering most range hood fan/light systems use two bulbs, you'll only be using approximately 12 watts where you would have been using 120 watts with halogens - that is a considerable diffence! It's a great switch if like me you use your range hood lights to keep the kitchen lit up in the evenings with just enough light for a quick snack run!
