They claimed their watches all should work when they arrived - so mine must have been a rare mistake. Regardless the issue was remedied quickly by the seller and I was able to give the watch as a gift on time (tho we cut it a little too close for comfort).Old Review Sept 10, 2020 - 3 starsEngraving looks good and was what I wanted. Shipping was fast (though problems with DHL). The quality is ok, definitely not worth $100+ but I guess i really paid for the engravement.The watches both were NOT working when they arrived. I'm going to check to see if it's the batteries... and even if it is, I just paid $120 for each of them. They could at least have working batteries.

I bought this watch recently. Shipping was fast-no issues. I was so surprised to see the beautiful packaging. See picture. The watch is stylish & elegant and feels great on my wrist. Engraving was perfect. It’s a Handsome piece.
