Read some of the reviews.I think using this at work is great as a foot rest and put a fan or heater on.I would think from the reviews it is not compatible to step on but it is great for other things like maybe throwing the newspaper on.I give it 4 Stars.

Sure is handy, use almost every day.

We purchased this after our other one was misplaced...still not really sure how a whole step stool disappears but anyway now we have this one and it’s great! My 4 year old uses to wash her hands in the bathroom and takes it wherever else she needs to reach something (maybe that’s what happened to the other one...) and she’s able to fold and carry without difficulty. Would purchase again and based on our history I may have too!

It is very sturdy, easy to fold and light weight. I ordered it because I'm too short to get up on my office chair, because it's too high. It said it can hold up to 350 lbs. I'm about 20 lbs over that and it sustains my weight. I love it. My only complaint is it didn't come in purple.

Easy to use, good overall but it feels like it's going to break. I don't need it much and I have put all my 150+ pounds on it, but it feels like it could cave in. So far so good, but I wouldn't push it, and I wouldn't recommend for frequent use by an adult over 150 lbs.

I’m a little short for checking the oil in my lifted Silverado. Not anymore, this was the safe solution I was looking for.

I weigh 175 pounds and cracked in stepping on it to get up onto my bed which is high off the ground .

It's a good sturdy stool, easy to fold, but solid when you stand on it. I thought it would be big enough but I wish it were larger. I'm 5'8" and 190 lbs and the stool just feels really small; I'm afraid to move my feet when I'm standing on it. I'll probably give this to my (short) sister and buy a bigger one for myself.
