Best GF flour out there!!
I’ve been using this flour for years and found it to be the best GF flour on the market! Virtually no grit. People can’t even tell it’s GF. The only thing is that it can have a strong flavor so if I’m baking with a mild flavor like vanilla, I just add more vanilla extract than the recipe calls for. As you can see, chocolate is perfect. I won a blue ribbon at my local fair with my chocolate GF cupcakes and this flour! Thanks Bob’s!!

Still looking for good bread recipes that use bean based GF flour blends
For some reason, every recipe I have tried lately has warned against bean based flours/blends. I know I have used this before, and it probably was at least semi-successful, but it is all a bit hazy.So I am doing more research. Will post update with anything remarkable.One last note: This blend lists "Potato Starch" as it's second ingredient. If you are sensitive to nightshades, this can be a big problem. For some people, nightshade allergens can be very dangerous. Just an FYI.

Best GF flour I've tried
After developing a gluten sensitivity a few years ago and discovering the cost of gf food I've been on the hunt for the best replacements and for the price this can't be beat! Makes great bread and pizza dough (after you add Xanthan gum) and fantastic brownies. Great texture, no weird taste and it's a close 1 to 1 ratio. Try it and see, you'll be impressed.

EXCELLENT PRODUCT!
This Bob's Red Mill Gluten-free flour is Excellent for making Gluten-free yeast bread in a bread maker. I will be buying more.

Great flour
I have been using Red Mill for about a year now. I do a lot of baking. Breads, cakes and everything you need all purpose flour for. It is gluten free and it bakes very well. I make sourdough starter for breads and it works great. The texture is like regular flour and I have not had any issues at all.

Bob's Redmill gluten free flour works very well when a recipe calls for more than one kind of flour. Bob's has everything in it that you will need. I've tried it for muffins and cookies and the texture and taste were perfect each time.
