It's very flexible, and will go around tight curves with no problem. I have a dual battery system in my 91 Bronco with a 200A alternator and an isolator. I have an auxiliary fuse box in the back, that feeds interior and exterior lights. and other outlets. This cable is my main feed for the charging system, and all my lights and accessories. It works great.

Great wire, everything as described! I used this wire to run power from my car battery to the trunk for an amplifier and subwoofer. I used the remaining wire for the ground, I had plenty of wire to do the job. DO NOT waste your money buying a pre-made amp kit, they are a total ripoff, contain useless stuff, and usually not real 4 gauge and not all real copper inside. If you see CCA (copper clad aluminum) in your amplifier kit wire description, you are getting crap wire. Buy this and build your own, better and cheaper.

great wire, but I'm with others, don't think the gauge is quite right.. ordered 4g, put my wire gauge to it and it shows 6.. also fits the 6g wire terminals perfect.. but the wire is clearly marked #4.. sooo i ordered some 2g to be safe.. also measure 1 size off.. so either my eastwood gauge tool is wrong, or the wire sizing is off.

This is excellent wire no matter what your using it for. True to gauge too. I used it to install a automotive amplifier I'm very happy with my purchase. I purchased some power wire a few months back thinking it was copper, well it had more aluminum in it than copper. I'll be back to buy some more of this copper wire.

This is the real deal. Ive used this stuff both in 100 amp Tig/stick welding applications, and for heavy duty car audio. It's heavy and real copper, fills out the whole gauge size, compared to the bs you get with "subwoofer install kits" that have a thick plastic shield and a paltry amount of clad aluminum wire. For a subwoofer I don't know if I could tell the difference but for welding with my setup, I need to squeeze every amp out of it sometimes and this quality wire helps me do that. Plus it's just good ol American quality.

I bought this to replace the CCA 4 ga wire I had installed in my car. This was a better price than the same cable sold as an "audio" cable, but it's essentially exactly the same, maybe a bit thinner on the insulation, which is actually a plus for installation reasons. Not only was I able to use this one piece to replace the cable I had from my battery to my distribution block and my ground block to chassis, I was even able to do the 'big 3" upgrade with what I had left.
