Nice Variety
I like the FitDeck cards, I have several different sets. This gives a good variety of exercises in a easy to use, small package. Paper is coated, thick and good quality and holds up well over time.

Quality workout in my own home!
After a total knee replacement in 2011, I went to physical therapy for 6 months. During therapy I worked out on the TRX suspension system. I was excited to see the exercises we could do at home and the results of those exercises. I would recommend the TRX to everyone. Easy simple to use which brings great results.

FitDeck review
Fun little product. I have heard of people complain that once they did them a lot there was limited use, but I think it is fantastic that you can share it with others and use it to teach by. I am a personal trainer, so I can even play games like shuffling them and making the client pick a card. They pick their own exercise poison!Fund product, and I will probably get the other decks too, eventually.

I'm not exercising, just fiddling with cards. If buying multiple different decks, read this review!
I originally bought these cards to do something unrelated to the exercises. For anyone who does care about the practicality of having these as exercise randomizers and mixing decks together, there are somewhere between 18-20 usable exercise cards per deck (doesn't feel like a full deck when using so few). Also I happened to get the Exercise Bar deck and Crosstrain decks. They were made in different years and when you try and place them together, the Exercise Bar cards are smaller than the Crosstrain cards- enough that shuffling them together is impractical at best. Also, the quality of the Crosstrain cards is different than that of the Exercise Bar cards. The Crosstrain deck has relatively smooth sides on both sides (the fronts have a slightly more textured feel), but the Exercise Bar deck made the fronts smooth and the backs are matte, almost like a linen style- while nothing wrong with it inherently in one deck, it makes for combining the cards from the two different decks extremely inconvenient to mix and match as one of the claims. The other thing is, I can imagine people handling these in a sweaty manner and considering the cards are paper and one side is more smooth than the other, I can easily see them curving and bending over time as the edges get sweaty and one side happens to be slightly more moisture resistant than the other side. If these were made of plastic, I think it would be better for the long term durability of the cards. Also in addition, if they were uniform in size, mixing and matching decks would be useful. At this point, you would need to sleeve them up for that to be practical- it would work for someone exercising, but impractical for my needs.

Perfect work out cards
I have about five of these decks, in different workout types, and I simply shuffle them and then pull out the top thirty for a work out. All in all the variety in my workouts stays over the top and I have suddenly - magically - dropped 35 lbs. The only other thing I do is one half to one hour of elliptical every other day. Overall: lots of fun and well worth the money. I even bought a deck of the Pilates for my daughter, and everyone I show these to want their own decks too.

Super fun way to get active with your agility ladder...or heck, draw one in chalk on the sidewalk and go to town!
I bought this product to use with the SKLZ agility ladder and loved it so much that I bought both for a fitness friend of mine. She uses it in her personal training practice...its that good. Its a really fun way to help you get started with a new agility ladder routine...pushes you past having to get creative to come up with ways to use it yourself. And I love the challenge of timing myself to do 4 reps of one card's "moves" to try to get faster and more agile. Blast your tunes and have fun playing with these. They really are fun.

I Love these
I have fitdeck kettlebell, bodyweight, resistance tube, dumbbells, BOSU, CORE, and medicine ball.I use the bodyweight, core, and resistance band for traveling.Kettlebell is great for short workouts! If you have enough sets you will notice some very similar exercises in the different sets.I love this concept, only wish they had more exercises in the smaller sets as they don't hit all theexercises they could. I use the extra cards (stretch and instructions) by writing new exerciseson a sticker and covering up the old info.

18 Cards of Pull-ups
I was disappointed in these cards because I got them with the intention of learning new ways to use my pull-up bar to workout. This deck only varies in different ways you can do a standard pull-up, like different grip types. It doesn't even contain leg lifts.I am bad at remembering exercises, so I had the idea of getting cards with exercises on them so I could make-up at home workouts by combining cards based on the equipment I have at home. I bought several of the Stack 52 decks for this purpose, but they did not have a deck for pull-up bars, so I bought these. I have been very happy with the Stack 52 cards and have been combining the decks to make workouts. I am not a pull-up expert and only one type of grip is comfortable for me, so essentially this whole deck contains one exercise for me: a pull-up. I can remember that every time I look at my pull-up bar. While some of the cards are quite similar and some are exercises that I cannot do, each deck contains 52 exercises. This deck has only 18 exercise cards.

optisch gut, aber...
optisch sind die Bilder auf den Karten ganz gut, aber leider sind die Erklärungen nur auf englisch.Außerdem sind mir zu wenig Übungen auf den Karten veranschaulicht.
