Great purchase
Much cheaper than the big companies units. Easy to install and works great. This is the second unit we have ordered for our 42 Ft Sailboat. We have one for main salon and one for the captains cabin.

Worked for 2 minutes
Purchased it, installed ran for two minutes and now wont power up. Called customer service no response.

First of all, this is a nice unit, the installer was impressed that it has the low and high side readings on the top of the unit. This was a replacement for my original 16,000 BTU unit in my 1990 350 Sea Ray EC, this new AC matched up to the old wiring diagram so install was plug and play. This has a 6” round duct supply that can be rotated to meet your current duct work, my system had two 5” duct runs. If you try to connect just one 5" duct to this unit it will shut off, you will need both 5" to avoid shutting it down. Also this is not a Marineairrr unit… it is a Marin air unit.

Easy to install
Replaced a 20 year old system, easy swap out as everything was in place. Only problem I had was the screws for the access cover were in so tight I stripped the screws. Other then cheap over tight screws it works good for both AC and heat.

great product and great company
So far very happy. Unit is very powerful and noise levels are great. Without watching the amp gauge it is tough to tell when the compressor kicks on. I unfortunately had an issue a week after the the install. I called in at 530 pm and my call was taken right away. That was a Monday night then by Friday a replacement unit was at my house. Likely the original was slightly damaged during shipping. Unfortunate however the customer service I received was outstanding. Highly recommend this product abd this company.

If the unit arrives not working, don't expect seller to support it
I bought 2 units directly from this manufacturer. The second unit was dead on arrival with an electrical fault, and the seller wanted me to pay for repair part. The unit continued to malfunction and seller stated they were voiding my warranty rather than exchanging or returning/refunding. When I disputed thru my credit card they sued me for breach of contract since they claimed they 'never' ship a defective unit. I'd recommend any other company before them.
