My Duravit 1-piece toilets came with plastic fasteners that let the seats move around no matter how much you try to tighten it. These were a perfect fit, and now my toilet seats no longer slide around.

These work great. Holds the lid super firm without messing around needing to reach a nut underneath. A tiny bit concerned that after a few years this might corrode and then perhaps I’m hosed. The bolts seem to be stainless so perhaps everything will be ok.

Just bought 2 new American Standard elongated chair height toilets for myself and my wife. After only 2 weeks, I was tightening the nylon or plastic screws holding the seat and lid in place. Decided to install this device to hopefully end the tightening all together. Put soap on the rubber inserts to help push them through the openings in the toilet. Installation was quick and the plastic inserts fit perfectly. The seat and lid did not move at all making me think this will solve the problem. I would recommend this fix to anyone. I am impressed with the design and quality of the product.

I used this style before and loved the innovative design since you don't have to reach under the toilet. Also since its rubber it also does not slip for a future wobbly toilet seat.I saw another review saying these suck but I knew that the guy did not know how it worked. (After screw hits the rubber you have to keep tightening so the center expands against the porcelain, as in right bolt in pic). I bought these so I can occasionally remove the toilet seat to deep clean.

product as advertised. makes removing to seat to clean much easier, and if you don't remove it to clean :/ the rubber gaskets will keep it from coming loose.

The plastic parts don't fit oblong shaped hinges, and screws are not big enough to not use plastic parts.
