Awesome, awesome, awesome!
I get pains in the balls of my feet from walking around in cute shoes that don't have enough cushioning. You know what I mean, the burning, bumpy feeling that makes you think there's a blister, but it's just pain. So, instead of following my boyfriend's advice to buy ugly comfy shoes, I purchased these and fell in love. These eliminate that pain. So, I bought myself another pair and another for my mom, the woman who taught me the importance of cute shoes. ;)

Protection but not padding
Not really what I wanted in terms of padding. I'm sure these work well for some purposes, but they don't really supply any soft cushioning for the ball of the foot. Nor did they seem to eliminate sliding down into the shoe very much. Will keep as they are inexpensive and I may find a use for them yet.

They work. Ball of the foot comfort.
Comfortable to wear. Don’t interfere with shoes’ fit

Awful
I purchased Toe-kinis to alleviate some of the ball of foot burn that I suffer when I walk for any length of time. However, I quickly learned that these Toe-kinis quickly ride up on your feet and must be pulled back on or otherwise adjusted every block or so. This is very irritating. I would not purchase this product again and would not recommend it to anyone who walks more than 1/2 mile per day.

great for protecting your feet at half the price
They are just as good as the higher priced ones, even though people willl tell you it's not, how long it will last, I don't know yet. I bought if for my daughter for her school musical so she only used them for a few weeks, but they've held out so she should be good to go next year for the next musical, they held up & are still intact so here's hoping they'll make it through next year & the year afterwards too.

Works for preventing ball-of-foot blisters
These work for what I purchased them for! My favorite pair of sandals are so cute, have great support, and are so comfortable EXCEPT for the fact that by the end of a 5+ mile walk, the balls of my feet would get blisters from rubbing on the sandals for hours. This happens to me with any shoes I have to wear without socks -- I just have very sensitive feet. I wanted something like moleskin that would prevent that friction without having to worry about the moleskin coming off in the middle of my walk. These Toekinis worked PERFECTLY for preventing blisters. I wore them on my typical 5 mile stroll around Boston yesterday with my favorite sandals, and I didn't get any of those typical blisters. I can see how people wouldn't like that there's no actual padding or added support. But all I cared about was preventing blisters, and these definitely work for that. One note: the Toekinis can be worn with open-toed shoes or sandals, but with most shoes they will still be visible. My favorite sandals are gold, so the Toekinis aren't very obvious -- they just kind of blend in and look like part of the sandal. But I probably wouldn't wear these with silver or black sandals unless they come out with Toekinis in different colors.

Works for lyrical ballet
These Toekinis work great for my 11 year old daughter's lyrical ballet class. She wears a size 9-10 shoes and we bought a large. She said they are a little tight around her toes. I am going to get a bigger size next time.

Not for dance class
These might work well for under a shoe bc the top half is a thin material while the bottom supports the ball of foot well. It DID NOT work well as a sub for capezio type dance toe shoes. They stick to the floor too much and can twist on foot for dancing purposes. The 5-9 was a little big for this purpose, so I gave to a friend who wears a 10-11 and she said it was just ok.
