Good product and price. Tastes good unlike some other brands. Gives the energy needed on long runs, and fairly easy to store. The twist cap is nice as it allows it to be resealed for when you’re running unlike most you can buy. Pretty durable and the actual product works well.

I have used various energy bursts before, but this one seems to be exactly what I need. I am a person with disabilities undergoing multiple treatments since 2021. Occasionally, these treatments drain my energy and leave me feeling weak. When symptoms start, a shot gives you a quick energy boost. If you're in a similar situation like mine, especially when driving, it's good to have one in your car at all times. You receive a rapid energy boost within 5-7 minutes. As an added benefit, I would mention that the content is liquid. It works better for me as I tolerate it better than other gel-based products. The taste is sweet dar not bad. I really like it, but after I drink some water. In conclusion, I recommend it for a quick energy boost.

This product is easy to carry about as is not very large. I would maybe suggest popping on fridge beforehand as better tasting cold. I also preferred mine diluted in ice cold water as was very strong taste if drinking straight from the squeezy pouch. Not sure I felt energised after drinking, but certainly did feel refreshed.

I am a typed 1 diabetic and find this is the best solution to get me back on track when I go a bit low. It is light to carry and fits into a small pocket so good when going for a run too, or any exercise actually. oved the flavour too.

Great product with a long shelf life, have them stashed throughout my house, car, and bag in case I ever have a low blood sugar event.

Unsere Tochter nutzt das Gel für die Radrennen. Sie ist zufrieden mit Geschmack und Wirkung. Absoluter Vorteil ist der Schraubverschluss, der verhindert, dass die Finger kleben. Auf Langstrecken steckt sie eins in die Trikottasche als Reserve und hat es bisher auch auf dem Rad ohne Probleme öffnen können. Wir würden - vor allem Apfel - immer wieder kaufen. Einige Sorten sind mit Koffein und vor allem für Kinder/Jugendliche eher nicht zu empfehlen.
