These shoes are well made, have a comfy footbed and the Pom Pom is a soft, fluffy, ball. The only issue is that the sizing appears to be a bit off. I purchased a size 9 for a family member that always wears a standard 9M. While she was happy with the selection, she could not prevent the canvas material from rubbing the tips and tops of her toes. She tried the sneakers with a sheer footie and with bare feet, but still was uncomfortable. The width sizing was fine. I normally wear an 8 to 8.5M, so I kept the shoes. The size 9 is comfortable for me with a light ankle sock. As there a no half sizes, shoppers might need a full size larger. 4/5 stars because my experience suggested they are too short.
