Worked great...for about 3 weeks
Had this installed for about 3 weeks before the second gauge started to show an increase in pressure slowly over the course of 1 minute then drop suddenly only to repeat the cycle again over and over. Kept repeating this for for several hours and then eventually the solenoid stopped working and the second gauge blew. When turned on it only buzzes and releases no pressure into the bubble counter. Very disappointed. Will need to discard. Seems the reviews are really hit or miss on this product. Mine was definitely a miss. I recommend you buy a competing regulator.

Does the job, and looks good doing it.
I purchased this regulator for a planted aquarium and have it on a standard 10 pound CO2 tank, which it fits perfectly. The regulator is well finished and easy to read, and is a smaller size than other, more industrial looking regulators I’ve seen. My system turns it on and off throughout the day to maintain a specific pH in my aquarium, so it gets constant exercise. It uses a needle valve, which is annoying to adjust, but this one seems to hold a constant bubble rate once set, so it’s no worse than you would find on any other decent regulator. I’m happy with my purchase, it’s a nicely made, attractive, and functional device, and has been working perfectly since I set it up.

Works But...
The media could not be loaded. Update 5: The product replacement has been working as expected. A few helpful notes.1. The big knob must be tighten(righty tighty) all the time! It is not a valve! The smaller knob is the only knob you should adjust.2. The attachment may or may not comes with both USA and Europe adapter.3. Try it without check valve first. You might blow the check valve if you are still getting used to the smaller adjustment knob.4. It is much easier to get the bubble count right without connecting to the diffuser first.5. The connection to the USA 5lb tank will be tight.6. This is not a dual stage regulator. It is a dual gauge regulator. Big different there!UPDATE 4: Replaced the parts but started to notice leaks around the connection to the CO2 tank. After helpful diagnostics, we believe the product I received must be defective. The seller sent me a replacement product. Just got it in the mail today. I am hoping I will get better luck this time. Still super impressed with the customer support! Will update after I set it up this weekend.UPDATE 3: Received the parts as promised. Super impressed with the customer service so far. They have gone out of the way to send me parts for all possible fixes to resolve my issues with the product. Replaced the parts as instructed. So far the humming/buzzing is barely audible unless I put my ear close to it. Will give it a few more days to update my final review.UPDATE 2: Seller is super helpful! Service is great with prompt reply on any question I have. Can't wait to get the parts!UPDATE 1: I forgot to mention the seller is sending me replacement parts. Thanks. I will update my review after that.Review: It is working but I am hearing buzzing and humming when it is turned on. If I switch it off and on again immediately, the buzzing and humming will sometimes not come back. Defective?

Worked great until it didn't
Was happy with it for 3 months. Then the solenoid just stopped working. It no longer opens when there is pressure in the unit. Unfortunately it is also outside of the 30 day return window. You get what you pay for and I would not recommend this particular regulator.

It's made of solid components and has done it's intended purpose.
Works great but it took a little tuning to get going. I followed the instructions and had no air flow. But after a little tinkering I got it going. The instructions could use some more clarity. For about the first half day this thing was obscenely loud. I was debating on returning it; however, eventually it quieted down on its own and I didn't have to make that decision. But every now and again, it'll make itself known with some loud ticking. It's not as loud as when I first started it but it's enough to notice. I haven't found a trick to stopping it, it just kinda goes away.Overall though, I would still recommend this. It's made of solid components and has done it's intended purpose.

Easy for First Time CO2, Solenoid WORKS!
UPDATE: Still working well, after 5 months! I emailed the supplier about a sticky solenoid, and they gave me step by step photo instructions of how to repair.ORIGINAL: I bought this to replace the "MOD Complete" regulator I bought on Amazon and this one is better in every way.The gauges are large and easy to read. Installation was simple. The bubble counter is easy to adjust and doesn't need alot of tweaking to maintain. The solenoid works!I had never done CO2 before but all you need is this regulator, an outlet timer, CO2 tubing, a diffuser, and a 5lb CO2 tank you can find at a brewery supply shop. And for only $58, this made CO2 an actual possibility for me.

Good for the money, but it is not appropriate for planted aquariums as stated
It has been three months since I bought this unit. This morning, I woke up to all my fish semi-unconscious on the surface of the aquarium while the diffuser furiously bubbled massive amounts of CO2. I attempted to close the regulator, but the dial was stuck so I had to shut the CO2 from the cylinder valve. This regulator as many of the cheap ones sold everywhere is a single stage regulator, which makes it prone to dump the contents of the cylinder once the cylinder pressure starts to go down. I wish I had known this earlier. Now I have to buy a more expensive unit if I don't want this to repeat ever again. I was lucky tho, all my fish made it back after three hours of good surface agitation, had I been 10 minutes late, they would all have been gone. If you want to learn more about this topic look for end of tank CO2 dumping.
