Anything from Southwire is top notch. This distribution spider is no different. Used it heavily during the recent power outages in California. Worked great. Not too big and not too small. Perfect for distributing my generator power where I needed it. Well made.

I have not gotten a chance (or a need) to use this yet. Knock on wood, our power has been good the last couple months. I bought this after Hurricane Sandy to go along with our new generator. Watch, now we will never lose power again now that we are prepared. Anyway, it appears to be of very high quality. I also bought the heavy duty extension cord to go with this. After researching things, I am glad I bought the extension cord too.

Used the product during power outage. Worked fine as I only had to run one 30Amp line for box instead have having a number of 120V lines going to the generator.

The way they word the add I thought it was 4 circuits. In reality there are 4 outlets on two circuits. I’ll likely send it back.

This box is great. Has a recessed L14 - 30 plug on the back. Two sides with 2 duplex outlets on each side and each side has its own gfi and 20amp fuse. So it easily handles 30 amps. Doesn't weigh more than maybe 2 lbs and is very compact. Very well made.

I've been using the mini Xtreme box to run power for lighting on commercial shoots when 20A circuits weren't available or we needed more. So far so good, it's been working like a dream and has really saved us. If you don't have the budget for a genny/op but need some extra juice, this thing is your answer.

I purchased this item in late September, I had a power outage today and attempted to use it for the first time. One side worked perfect the green light came on once the generator started the sockets powered one. The other side did not power on? I attempted to use the reset / test buttons and reset the breaker several times. The green light and the sockets would not power on. Because this is the first time I have used the item maybe I am doing something wrong? Could there be anything else for me to try? I really would like to use the other power outlets.

I threw out a defective electric range. So I bought Mini Xtreme Box and plugged it into my range outlet, bought a toaster oven, and a dual electric pad and plugged everything into the Mini Xtreme Box. Including the blender, micro wave and coffee maker.
