I certainly wish I had gotten this sooner. My old press was useless, beyond useless. All it did was squeeze the garlic but not press it through...useless. I took a second to check this one out. Great reviews and the design made too much sense. Absolutely a must have in any kitchen. It's sturdy, well made. As soon as you get it closing, you see the beauty of a working press. Super easy to clean. Fresh garlic makes such a difference when cooking. Having it be this easy to use, makes cooking more fun, less work. Who doesn't want more of that in their lives?

Why in the world have I waited so long to purchase a garlic press?!? This little gadget is a MUST HAVE even if you only use fresh garlic once a year. It takes up very little space in your kitchen doodad drawer. It feels substantial and sturdy in your hand. I used it for the first time last week and it was FUN! I might have added a tad of extra garlic to my dish just so I could use the garlic press. There's no such thing as too much garlic, right?! I digress. This product is easy to use. Simply take a clove of garlic- no need to peel it- and stick it in the little cup. Now close the cup, squeeze the handles and watch the magic! Here's where that little spoon thingy comes in. All the garlic comes out of the holes in the press like that play doh hair salon toy (yeah, you know the one!) and you just use the spoon thingy to scrape it all off right into your dish or measuring device. Voi-la!Now open that bad boy back up and miraculously the garlic peel is left behind!! That's where I did the happy dance! Y'all, I have been doing the garlic smash and peel all my life and this was just too easy and stinkin' fun!! I just used that little scraper-offer spoon to lift the peel out of the cup and straight into the garage or compost! No stinky fingers!!Bottom line- It's small, sturdy, easy to use and FUN!!!You gotta getcha one of these!!!Don't wait as long as I have..order it now!

This garlic press is so easy to use and is pretty good quality. You don't need too much pressure to get the most out of your garlic clove... a paper think film is left and the handy cleaning tool makes easy clean up. My only negative is that the plastic comfort grips came off in the dishwasher and melted - so this is not dishwasher safe.

Love this garlic press. It has weight to it and feels good in your hands when you use it. Love not having to peel garlic and it presses the garlic through extremely well. The scraper is great to clean the inside and outside of the press after use! Would buy again in a heart beat!

I used to be that person that said garlic press is lame. I did use one once eons ago and I was not impressed, it was larger and clunkier. I went to my sisters house and she needed A LOT of garlic. I'm talking about 20-30 cloves. and I was like "UGGGH" but then she brought out this little sucker and said, "use this it'll make it faster." and oh my lanta its like I've seen the light. This is perfect, it gets it done so fast, my hands don't smell like garlic for the rest of my life. All the pros! In the end I liked it so much I went online and found this guy,The first day I used it I somehow got worried it wouldn't work the same and that maybe I'd have to steal my sister's LOL. But I actually like this one much better! The part that presses the garlic in is ridged while the one I used at my sisters move around. This makes mine much better haha. I have converted and will never go back to chopping garlic again!

My 15 year old garlic press lost it's plating and was leaving black on my garlic. Ugh... I tossed it. I bought a press at the local big box store and it was terrible. It broke after a month or so. Next I bought one that was easy to clean. It actually was easy to clean, but it didn't crush the garlic. So I read all the reviews I could find on various garlic presses and settled on this one. It's excellent. It feels comfortable in the hand. It doesn't require much pressure to press the whole clove through the press. It has little teeth that fit in the holes at the bottom so not only does it crush all the garlic, but is also easy to clean. And dishwasher safe. Buy this one - it's all you need.

Hands down, the best garlic press I've used. Others have always lost 20-30% of the clove, or left large pieces that are difficult to handle, and take a lot longer to use and clean. Honestly, after using this press, I would've paid 5x the price to get it. It's that good. It's difficult to imagine a more perfect garlic press.

Very sturdy, easy to use and clean. I was able to extract garlic very easily. I like that the chamber is closing completely to push all of the garlic out. A little spoon is a nice touch, but honestly the press is so easy to clean that you won't need it.

Very well made, good value for money, my son is very fussy with kitchen products, he is very happy with this little garlic crusher. I particularly love the little spoon comes with it, very handy to have.

The design of this press makes it super easy to clean. We're thrilled with the results.
