I have lost over 80 pounds in the last year but sometimes it’s hard to get to the gym. I have a 3 year old and this makes it so convenient to get a full body workout and really feel the burn. It’s also amazing for stretching. I added a video of some upper body exercises I use it for! Only thing is I might return it and get the 100 lb instead of the 70. I definitely feel the burn on the 70 but since I have been working out semi consistently for the last year I feel like 100 will last me longer. I can always do my pre reps though! Definitely worth the 35$

I was searching around for barbels and weights when I stumbled into this product. I looked into it some more and learned that resistance band work outs are the BEST work outs you can do for your body as it works from the inside out. I have those typical resistance bands and I hate using them. they'd snap, feel awkward and uneven, and so forth, but this one seemed promising so I took a leap of faith and ordered one. I got a Heavy, I'm 5'3" 125 lbs super muscular legs but weak arms (hence why I got Heavy instead of Extra heavy). It's been a couple weeks, I can FEEL my body being firmer and holding itself better (posture). My butt looks and feels amazing. my arms are toning nicely and gaining strength. I already bought my mom one after she's tried mine, she LOVES it as well. If you can handle weight and have used them but not religiously, then Heavy is for you. if you're already a fitness guru and is ahead of your game, I'd go up to extra heavy. I live in an apartment and didn't realize until the day it arrived that it could damage my cheap apartment door, but then it has been two weeks and my door is still up and in one piece! My mom on the other hand was worried about her door (she just moved in her brand new house) so she used the front door and it worked for her. Garage door is doable too. My 4 yo son likes watching me use it and then try the techniques by himself. Another favorite part about this product is that I can get creative, I discovered that if you lay down with the bands connected to your feet (from the bottom of the door) and pull the band towards your face it will work on your lower abs and you'd feel the burn right there. this is a challenging work out (not HARD, but it puts your body to work!) and I sweat every time I use it. This is an item I'd like to forever use because it works for me and my body. EDIT: I'm back and I STILL USE IT! I LOVE IT. it's sturdy and is a gift from heaven herself. it tones up your body beautifully.

I'm not too sure if I would consider this as the heaviest resistance. I had a hip surgery and have issues using other bands because they slip off , fold or are extremely strong to the point i can't even do 5 pulls before it becomes extremely painful so I immediately discontinued using. I havent worked out for 2 yrs as I wanted to heal properly.. with that being said To me this feels as a light/medium resistance which i find super odd as it shows as the heaviest/strongest one. After reviewing other peoples comments I can say I disagree in the strength of this. To me this feels as im pulling maybe 25lbs max 30 lbs. I can say I absolutely love the ankle/wrist band . Its a huge thing for me as other bands start to fold over or twist. This product is extremely comfortable to use and I like that it has the door anchor which is cushioned with foam to protect the door. Even though it doesn't have that hard strength I absolutely am surprised my the comfort and style of it. Im sure I can get a good workout with this and im kinda glad its not actually heavy resistance or hard to use.

It’s a good product overall. It kinda feels like one of the sides has a little more pull than the other that’s why I took out one start. Other than that it’s easy to use, comes with a little book that gives you simple exercises and a bag.

I love this product.. along with a sissy squat able to work around injuries… but if you have ANY type of muscularity, do not get the lighter one it’s much too easy and many reps needed. However, still got extremely sore with high reps. I would def recommend this for many other reasons… ankle cuff is great and tight fit… steady resistance.. once I find the packaging I’ll exchange for the next level up and will be a staple of rehabbing an injury. Also.. the many angles you can do with this cannot be duplicated with traditional gym equipment. Great purchase.

First strap broke after 4 months, was able to continue using it by alternating each leg, then the next strap broke after another 4 months. So I got 8 months of use out of it.

Worked great very versatile tool for home gym, but be warned this thing did snap on me luckily didn't hit me but yeah be careful not the best quality so take it easy on it.

Great quality and great for working out. Easy set up and use.
