This helps me sleep considerably easier, both by falling asleep quicker and staying asleep longer though the night. *Disclaimer* If you have any open sores or cuts, this product will burn in those areas a bit as this is a salt, even in a tub of water. I mix 60g of magnesium chloride with 1 l of water and I drink 200ml of the solution everyday for 5 days. This is a French habit I inherited from my mother and it has always worked a treat for me. I can't guarantee that Ancient Minerals Magnesium Chloride will work for everybody in terms of oral consumption but it does for me, so consume at your own risk! If you have used Epsom salt for healing infections or for soaking - move up to magnesium salts. You use less and it honestly makes a huge difference for healing & muscle/joint pain.
