It’s a great product for sore spots & joints , only problem is its quality I accidentally dropped it as it was frozen & it broke to pieces “Oops my fault” but great product don’t miss out on it !!!!

I was surprised to see how cold it got and how it stay cold for so long. It worked so much better than expected. It's small and compact. I would take it when we we out and it stayed cold, so I could use it when needed

Once removed from freezer, stays cold for a considerable amount of time 30-40 minutes. The issue is that it does not stay in place when you put it on tile or laminate floor. once you put your foot on it, it starts to scoot away. Maybe it wouldn't do that on carpet or rough ground. Wish it had suction cup on the bottom so that it would stay put. I now use it on top of a gritty surface to immobilize it.

Every household & parent should own one!!! The ice in this stainless steel rotating ball lasts for about six hours out of the freezer & is super easy to use. It is awesome for therapies, ouches, bee stings, etc. Tried & true! Excellent product & company.
