So far this is easy to use!! They said you can get results with only ten minutes a day... so far they are not kidding!! I had some awesome soreness the next day off of ten minutes! I am going to continue to see what happens next!

This product really works. I used it the first time and it burned my abs. I’ve only had it about 2 weeks already, but it’s starting to help shape my body. Very easy to use. Great that is comes with a carry bag and a card of workouts you can do with this ab roller.
