The quality of the pan was outstanding - solid weight and perfect size. The decorations on the outside are wonderful and make the pan look much more expensive than it was. I made my first flan using the recipe that came with the pan and it turned out perfectly, Excellent product.

Love this product is a great size. Flan comes out perfect every time.

I loved making my flans with this container. After cooking, I take off the lid to let the flan cool down (also to prevent water accumulating on my flan from the moisture because of the eggs). The flans comes out looking great! I love this container so much that I bought the other two sizes. I make the big one for large get togethers, medium for the family and small ones for couples. Again, I love these pans!!

I haven’t used it yet but I put it in my rice cooker to see if it fits and it did, wish I’m so happy that when I use it to bake for my first time, it will work well to do my “Flan” on it. It looks easy to use.

Used in a pressure cooker to create my Cuban flan. I cook in baño María in the oven, or on the stove or in a pressure cooker. Sadly, the gasket isn’t strong enough and water got in. Had a lot of finagling to do to get rid of the water!! Next time I’ll put cling wrap and then the lid and hopefully 🙏🏽 no water will enter 🤨

I LOVE this flan pan!! This is the 8qt. size. Let me say right off, I DON'T have an Instapot! It's the "new age" name for pressure cooker.Being a Baby Boomer, my Mom had a pressure cooker. I remember how DANGEROUS they were back then.That being said, what appealed to me about this pan were the locking clips & THE HANDLE! The handle, to me, cinches this pan.I decided to see if this pan would work in an oven using a "bain de marie" or water bath for my flan. In the past, I've always wrapped my pan with foil & tied it tight to keep out moisture. A real pain.This pan works BEAUTIFULLY!! The clips are very TIGHT! No moisture gets in. The stainless is thick and substantial. The cleanup is EASY! Dishwasher safe! The handle is sturdy & secure, not flimsy.I used the suggested recipe which is :4 eggs1 can evaporated milk1 can sweetened condensed milk8 oz softened cream cheesePinch of saltDash of real vanilla( I added real vanilla bean seeds also)3/4c granulated sugar( for caramel)The video suggests that you don't have to grease the pan, but, I did. I sprayed Pam onto a paper towel then spread a light coat in the pan.I set my oven to 350F for 1 hr & 15 min.. Took it out of the oven, didn't open it. Let it cool for an hour, then put it in the fridge overnight.Took it out the next evening, since this was a "Welcome " gift for new neighbors. I set the pan in some hot water & carefully ran a thin silicone spatula around the edge. I put the 10 inch pie plate on top, held both & flipped it. It just PLOPPED OUT BEAUTIFULLY!! I, also, made a flan in this pan for Thanksgiving.I LOVE THIS PAN!!I'm buying the 3qt for a Church mtg., where we have to provide small desserts. This is going to be a HIT!!Again, Not Just For Instapots!

It works well, and the flan come out really good!

Algo pequeño pero pude realizar un sabroso flan.

Compré el de 8.5 “ de diámetro, perfecto para mi olla express de 8 litros para ahorrar tiempo y gas. Aunque no he usado, no puedo decir más.

Me encanto su diseño , la cocción es perfecta y se desmolda muy fácil el flan y el pudin , es perfecta para mi instant pot
