Very decent unit- I wasn't disappointed.
Let's face it- when you buy connectors on Amazon, you don't always know if you're going to get something good or a flaky piece of trash.Happy to say that after having installed 30 of these connectors so far I have a 100% success rate with the connection. There's nothing worse than a bad connection other than perhaps an unreliable connection. These have been rock solid. The only thing I would say is that the attached panel mount screws are too short for anything other than mounting into sheet metal. So if the enclosure you are connecting these through is a thicker material like plastic or aluminum, you will likely need to get longer #4 machine screws and nuts or the metric equivalent.

Shield worked on my Starlink
I used this to wire my Starlink cable into my truck camper. It seems like the manufacturing process could use a bit of oversight. I ordered the 2-pack. Luckily I only needed one as the 2nd female-to-female connector did not work. I had hoped it was a rare glitch but looking at other people's reviews it seems that the shield doesn't always provide continuity on these connectors. Still, for the price, I would order again.

Easy-To-Use Professional Wiring Pass-Through Solution
Well made and easy to install, these bulkhead pass-through connectors are a professional solution to the age-old problem of how to get signals and data from one side of a panel to the other. The RJ45 connectors are industry standard and accommodate pre-made cables or custom connections via punch-downs and the like. We like them so much, we immediately reordered and they’re in our “Saved for later” cart so we can find ‘em in a hurry. Need wires through a panel or bulkhead? Look no further. This great-looking solution is all you need.

Compact & water proof design
Use a 1" wood drill bit and it mounts easily with supplied screws. Just plug a CAT5 extension cable in the back. On the front you can assemble the included water tight Cat5 plug that push locks into the jack and is held woth a spring loaded push button lock.

Maybe not for the pro audio user.
I had two uses for these in mind. Behringer x32 AES50, and analog audio over network cable (Rat Cat box for example). Both of these require continuity of the shield as ground. These connectors are all plastic and have no consideration for shield. I confirmed this with a meter.A neutrik ethercon connector plugged in nice and snug. I wouldn’t worry much about it falling out, but there is no “click”, no locking happening. It would yank right out. So the push release button is pointless. The build quality seems fine but unfortunately they’re no replacement for the much more expensive Neutrik.

Loose nuts fall into connector ports and are near impossible to
They ship it all in one back and the tiny little bolts fit into the little openings inside the ports and took me an hour to shake out. Maybe consider separating the parts!

If you are considering these for Starlink, consider something else
Good idea, bad execution.DOES NOT WORK FOR STARLINKI tried, and tried, terminated my Cat6 shielded connectors repeatedly thinking it was me. The fact is, the connector is i shielded while Starlink square dish has a shielded cable. The “S” pins also seem to introduce noise into the cable, likely why other YouTubers and reviewers have said to shorten your cable.I don’t want to shorten my cable. The diag stats show dish connected false, with erratic time stamps for last communication due to cable crosstalk.Find a shielded female to female passthrough instead that uses a PCB instead of S pins. I’ll be designing and 3D printing my own panel mount.
