The reflective strip is grear and I love that it comes with the leash too!My cats are indoor-only cats, but Titian (pictured) had just been aching to go outside since we moved into a house. He had snuck out twice, so I figured it was time to give him a taste of the great outdoors!By nature Titian is curious and fearless. The first time I put the harness on him he froze up and fell over. He didn't whine or try to get out of it, he just didn't think he could walk in it for some reason. He kept trying and kept freezing-up & flopping. Finally, I scooped him up and just set him in the yard, where he flopped over, lol. But as we just hung-out, he was so enraptured by all the noises and smells and birds that he kinda got over himself and forgot about the harness. He was up and walking in no time! It took him a couple outings before he figured out his balance and how to change direction while wearing it, but he was absolutely fine on outing #4!I got size 'small' and it fits Titian perfect. For reference, he is just shy of 14lbs and has a very fluffy coat (hence why it looks like it's digging-in around his arms). Actually, it has a little extra room around the neck and legs, but no extra room around his body. I used the manufacturer's measurements to determine what size I needed, and I would say they were very accurate.The harness almost reminds me of a thunder jacket in the way it's constructed. Once when Titian was startled by a motorcycle riding past us, he jumped and pulled REALLY hard. The harness held. I think if he had kept pulling and thrashing violently like that he would have gotten out of it eventually... But it would take long enough that you should be able to get your hands on your pet and remove them from the situation before they were successful.To finish, I am very impressed and would highly recommend this product.

I do not recommend for any animal you are worried about getting away from you. The harness is NOT secure, making it easy for the animal to shake loose especially in times of distress. The bottom is held together with Velcro and that is always questionable

Leg openings are too big for cats. Not safe and secure for furry babies. The concept is good and the soft mesh is a nice addition though.

Overall a nice product. I think my kitten may be a little too tiny for it just yet(he removed it very quickly the first day) so I kept a close eye on him when we traveled and walked him after that. I did tighten everything and it seemed just fine!

Small was too small medium was too big despite measurements

My 1 year old cat got out of it in about 20 minutes even though I followed size instructions and measurements.

Definitely cat proof. He is an indoor cat so I was not sure if I should trust him by himself. He attempted to wiggle himself out but could not escape ! Great HA-HA moment.

Originally ordered a small and it was a little too snug and they had no problem switching it out for a bigger one. My cats look way more comfortable in a medium. I would recommend.
