Equivalent to a Full Frame 20MP sensor on a digital camera
I did some research and found 35mm film is equivalent to a 20MP full frame camera. Some say it captures more due to the chemical process. Some people like the look of film photos. And when it comes to film photos, you can't go wrong with Kodak (if you have the money). If you are short on money, a half frame camera like the Kodak Ektar H35N may be an option. Half frame cuts your resolution to 10 MP but instead of 36 photos per roll, you get 72 photos per roll which is a cost savings overall. And 10 MP is plenty for 4x6 prints or instagram.
