I love my new team maker. I drink tea both hot and cold. This item is very elegant with a nice glass jar as the basis. The stainless steel basket to hold the tea is good quality and not flimsy as some stainless steel parts like this can be. I also really like the leather holder for the outside of the jar that gives it an on trend really cool look. I have had many people I work with ask me where I got this item. I am planning to make this my stocking stuffer main gift for Christmas and all other occasions. Another great thing about this, you can use it to make sun tea because it is glass. So, it is environmentally very friendly. How cool is that!! If you haven't brewed your tea by letting the sun do the work, try it! Totally different, mellow flavor, and your tea will have a much smoother taste. It comes in a very nice box too making it the perfect gift you can give to a guy or gal. Order one. You will love it!!

The lid feels very cheap and the strainer has sharp edges on it. The seal that goes in the lid was in the bottom of the cup when I got it and there was no cleaning brush.

Thumbs down. Once you figure out how to put the diffuser thing on with the loose leaf tea... DO NOT TURN UPSIDE DOWN. The elastic ring in bottom of glass floats with your lemons. No wonder why they don't accept their own product back.

This product was a lot nicer then what I thought I was going to get! The leather cozy really helped block the heat from my tea and coffee. The infuser works great.

Works great. Wish it would have come with instructions for the steeper as I was unsure how it actually stayed until I accidentally put it in and it dropped in the water.Just be sure to push and turn.

Great quality bottle that is the perfect size for my tea at the office. Bottle feels nice and sturdy in the hand and the sleeve feels great. Initially was confused how the lid attached, but I figured out quickly you screw it on.

I was really excited about this purchase however, by my second use the strainer that holds the tea doesn't stay attached to my lid at all anymore, and I've only used it twice. I was really disappointed.

Received a product that been opened. There is a loose, ugly elastic band on the holder that didn't show in the pictures. Why there is no option to return this expensive poor quality product ?
