It's hard to tell from the picture, but the bottle is a big one,Pills are oblong, mid-sized - 3/4"x1/4"x1/4". Many pills are quite a bit bigger.Taste wise, they have an ever so slight sweetness. Not unpleasant, and not artificially sweetened. There are no flavoring ingredients added, which is why I bought them.My only complaint, which drops a couple stars is that the grind of the calcium carbonate is inconsistent. Most of it's rather smooth, but there are bits of grit in there. As an antacid, you want to be able to chew them to get them working as fast as possible, but if you do, it feels like you're going to wear your teeth down to nubs in the process.If you don't chew your antacids, you'll be just fine.
