I'm 5'10, 135 and in order for this to actually keep your shoulders back, it has to be snug. That means a lot of strap under your armpits. It is not the least bit comfortable. If you're thin, you have to pull the straps forward to attach to the velcro and that means double straps under your pits. A larger person may not have to pull it forward as much and won't have two layers of strap under their armpits. It might be tolerable. There is no way I could wear this under clothes. I think these 5-star reviews are planted.

I'm not really sure how this is supposed to work. To get it tight enough to feel like it is doing anything, it digs into my armpits very uncomfortably. Still it doesn't really help keep me from slouching.While the instructions tell you how to rig the straps, it doesn't say anything on how it should fit for proper usage. There's also a weird belt thing included that seems to have no purpose. This is the first day I have used it, so I am going to give it a couple more days, but I don't have any expectations of it doing anything.

The design is seriously flawed -- I had to return it. Just trying it on, I could already feel the blood flow being constricted around my arms. That's bad design. I don't understand all these good reviews...

Fairly simple to adjust . Have worn it for about 6 hours total (about 2 hrs at a time). Moderately comfortable on the outside of clothing - a little warm against bare skin inside clothes. Seems to helped a bit with low back problem. Hopefully, it will also correct my posture after wearing it for a while.

Because it is black you can't tell exactly how to fit it. Turns out you have to turn it what seems like "inside-out" to make the straps easy to fit in place on top and on your chest side. However, it does work fine and does make my son sit straighter. It's comfortable. My son is very small, so this particular brace would not work for a typical adult who weighs 150 or above.

I sit at a desk all day and this really helps to encourage better posture. It's very easy to put on and adjust, just make sure you don't make it too tight as it becomes uncomfortable. Very good quality, feels like it will last a long time.

Not comfortable at all to wear. It can be hard to put on if you are a small person and the velcro scratches on your skin when it's on. I was not able to keep it on and do things at the same time. Only if I didnt need to move my arms a lot. Like if I put it on while I did work around the house it was very constricting to my arms and the velcro just scraped and scraped.

This really does help with posture/support and lessens shoulder/neck pain. It's a little uncomfortable since it's jammed in your armpits to be tight enough for the support but worth it in the end.
