I like fried foods and this is one of the healthy oils on the market for frying and it also has the highest smoke point out there 520 degrees , which makes it great for high heat cooking.

We use oil regularly and love avocado oil. This was a great find because it saves quite a bit of money from the store-bought bottles. It's pricey upfront, but ends up being a great saving in the long run. We use a small funnel to refill our other bottle. It will yield approximately 3.5 bottles from the ones we normally get at the store. Will buy it again.

I love the flavor, non gmo/healthy, etc. Although the market calls for this oil to have an exhorbitant cost, if you're going to pay that kind of money, you may as well have the best shot at health. Good luck.

I have been buying this brand's avocado oil for a couple of years. With Covid 19, I didn't want to go to Costco and for the first time buy it from amazon. At Costco, the same thing is prob half the price if not 1/3 the price. If you are not in a hurry and can do a run to Costco, don't buy it on amazon. Other than that, the quality is good. It's local product. I love it.

It’s a second time I buy this avocado oil. First one was ok, but second time was not1. It smells different (and not very pleasant)2. After storing it in refrigerator it is still in very liquid state3. Color is much darker then first batchI will throw it away, it’s not returnable.

This is awesome for cooking and frying foods but it is just too expensive and the price just keep going up!! It is for this reason I subtracted 1 star. Avocado tree produces and abundance of fruit and the tree is very easy to grow. There is NO GOOD REASON why this product should be so expensive except poor marketing or price gouging

This and Olive oil are the only two oils I use. The taste is so good. Low flash point so deep fry all you like.
