Spoiler Authority Works With: 2011-18 Chrysler 300 OE Style Spoiler (Deep Cherry Red Crystal Pearl PRP)

Installed originally using 30 lb rated 3M double sided tape, but car was hit while at car wash, and debris got under spoiler and lifted a little, so I secured with the screws supplied. I would recommend using screws instead of tape, tape seems to deteriorate after a few washes with hot water.

So this review is going to be a few sections. One review is going to be for the actual product and one is going to be for the company selling it.The five stars is for the product itself.The product: 5/5This product is very well made. The paint matches perfectly to the original factory paint on my car. The fit of the product is great. At first it looks like it wont work but when you just place it on the trunk it fits great. This spoiler is a splitting image of the SRT8 spoiler that comes on the 300s. I think this makes such a difference in style and looks with these cars and if you are remotely interested in it, then go ahead and buy it. The price cannot be beat considering i purchased for $90 and most on ebay sell for $150. The only thing is that around the holes where you would screw on the spoiler to the trunk there is still primer where the paint was not put on, but this shouldnt matter because its under the spoiler where you cannot see.The company: 2/5While they produce a fantastic product, dealing with the company is less then desirable. First off there was an expected delivery date that was about a week out from the date of purchase, which is fine considering its free shipping so who cares. That is not the problem. The problem was that after 3 days I received an email from amazon saying the product shipped and I recieved a tracking number. After another 3 days and 6 days total I had no update on where my product was as the tracking number showed nothing. The next day was the first possible day for delivery, so I emailed the company asking for any type of update. The response I got was, and I quote, "You obviously did not read our delivery expectations saying we have until this day to deliver" when I simply just asked for an update, not a rude comment. When I responded saying "I understand that you set an expectation for delivery I just wanted to know whats going on considering tomorrow is the first day and I have no idea where it is" I got the response "We still have 3 more days to ship and deliver. Do not email us about anymore inquiries until you see your product has shipped." These are copy and pasted right off my emails. Now my concern is that if anything goes wrong with this spoiler I have this rude company to deal with. So we will see....but the quality seems fantastic so lets hope nothing happens.Now I added a bunch of photos for everyone to see different angles and everything for the spoiler as the other photos on here are basic.

There are two issues with this spoiler, the first being that the material is not very smooth which doesn't allow for a smooth paint coating. It has a slight orange peal look but like I said I think it is more so the material that causes this because the paint looks really good, very shiny and an exact match. I think the plastic needed to be sanded for a smoother coat. But it isn't like your normal orange peal, it doesn't look bad at all unless your up close in the sunlight. The other issue was mentioned in other reviews that I even read before purchasing, but was hoping it wasn't true. There are six mounting holes, my dad and I drilled the 6 holes after marking the holes without realizing that two of the holes would not be seen due to the secondary wall within the trunk. The two center holes and the two outer holes are accessible but there is no way to access the other two with out drilling two large holes in the secondary wall. If you don't plan on drilling holes in the secondary wall, go ahead and plan on only securing the spoiler with 4 screws so that is 2 less holes you have to fix if you want to sell the car. I also added 1" wide 3M double-sided tape on the edge of the spoiler to keep it water tight and also to make it more secure. Drove down the highway close to 90 and it stayed on no problem.

Ordered the Deep Cherry Red spoiler. The fit and color was a perfect match. I attached it using some 3M molding tape (Gray with red backing) and it is attached very firmly and I do not believe it will come off without a lot of work. Great product at a great price.

Not installed yet,. I wish I didn't have to drill holes in my trunk lid. It looks like its slightly warped and would be afraid it would pull away at corners if I don't. It is raised up at the corners.Does any one know if it can be heated and formed to use only good 3m tape

Looks just like it came from the factory. I used the two sided "Alien Tape," stretched it really thin. So far it has lasted through 100mph and several Delta Sonic Super Kiss car washes. Excellent.

Excellent color match and instructions. This is a screw mountable unit and easy to install. I know some installations on some spoilers can be done with 3M automotive tape but this particular spoiler is screw mountable. To get the "flush and flat" appearance it's best to drill the holes. I only used the outside holes and the one in the middle (over the rear camera). My 300 is black and looks exactly like the example pic. Took 30 minutes to install. 3 holes and silicon/adhesive and the spoiler is not going anywhere.

Great product. Got it installed by myself by drilling 4 holes and using 3m double sided tape. Its a perfect fit on the trunk and the color matched perfectly. I would recommend this to anyone who is on the fence about ordering it.
