Total replacement for traditional files.
I was totally skeptical about these files when I first saw them on here. I got the chance to receive them at a discount in exchange for an honest review.Honest opinion? Can't believe I didn't try them before now! I have been accustomed to using the little cardboard emery boards or metal files that I couldn't wrap my head around glass files. These are so awesome. Totally sold me on them.They arrived in a little plastic case and each file has it's own felt sheath. The sheaths are thick enough to keep the files from poking through. The files are thick and embellished with jewels. The "file" side is perfect roughness to file quickly and efficiently. It required much less time to file my nails than with the other kinds of boards. I was extremely pleased with that realization. I hate spending time on my nails. lol. I also love that these don't disintegrate like that cardboard ones. Also, this issue might just be an issue of mine and not a normal one...but I loved that the glass file did not have the sound of the metal ones. That sound is like nails on a chalkboard to me. So that's it, my honest review. Order these, they are way better than traditional files. You will not be sorry.

Where have these been all my life?I am pretty self conscious about my fingernails because my job constantly involves pointing out spaces on forms and asking people to please 'sign here" I have tried lots of nail files from the beauty supply store and pharmacy before but I have never even seen a glass nail file before. I was eager to try these when I was offered them, at a discount, in a promotion in exchange for my review.This set comes with two! One is smaller and just fits in the palm of my hand, the second is larger about 5.5 inches long. Both come with their own protective sleeve and the two came in a hard plastic case together.They do an excellent job filing my nails! They quickly leave a smooth edge and great looking nails! I love how elegant the nail file makes me feel while I am using it - the little crystals are adorable!The opinions expressed in this review are 100% my own.
